WALKER CREEK IV
Walker Creek IV was completed in May 2017 and is a magnificent flagship "corner office". The Walker Creek IV building deviates from the other buildings in the development due to the positioning and shape of the corner erf. The building has large glass facades, but still keeps the traditional sandstone features on the western elevation.
The Building is home to The International Organization for Migration in South Africa (IOM).
